Join us in Market Square, Cambridge, CB2 3QJ at 2pm on Saturday 14 October to say NO to Brexit!

Our membership of the EU is of great benefit to the people of the East of England and the whole of the UK, but is also key to addressing the great challenges our world faces in the 21st century.

Every day the case to stop Brexit gets stronger. As the damage done by Brexit will not be confined to any one region of the UK, our campaign to prevent it won’t be either.

On Saturday 14 October rallies will be held in each of the 12 European Parliament constituencies across the UK, to send a message to all our political representatives that the time has come to rethink the damaging path that the UK is now on, and say to them that we can and we must stop Brexit.

There’s more information about this UK-wide day of anti-Brexit action at https://regionalrallies.wordpress.com/

Confirmed speakers at the East of England rally include:

Daniel Zeichner MP – Cambridge, Labour
Cllr Rod Cantrill – Liberal Democrats
Andrew Atter – Entrepreneur and menber of Liverpool for Europe
Laure Ollivier-Minns – Campaigner for EU citizen’s rights
Dr Victoria Bateman – Lecturer in Economics at Gonville and Caius College, University of Cambridge
Marcus Johnson – Local business leader
Chris Jenkinson – Eastern regional secretary, UNISON

Host: Paul Browne – Chair of Cambridge Stays

…and music by Major Rat Run!

We will be announcing more speakers in due course, but in the meantime we invite everyone in the East of England to join us in Market Square, Cambridge on Saturday 14 October!
